This beginning class is for you!

We want you to feel really welcomed and at ease in starting to get comfortable with this practice. Self-compassion is important when starting anything new.

Mel will offer you a gentle guided self-compassion teaching, followed by a meditation practice and group journal work. Tea provided by Alina!
